Become a grower

A doorstep and a bag of compost. That's it.

Growers raise little trees from acorns and seeds and pop them on their front step for a guardian to take.

  • Your address is never shown. The map only shows a rough area, about a kilometre across.
  • When a guardian plants a tree near you, it counts towards your trees.
  • Put out one or two at a time and keep the rest round the back.
So we can tell you when one of your trees gets planted. We never share it.
Zero is fine if you're just starting.
